Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through Websirus. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
1. Project Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to commence work on any project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers initial discovery, planning, and design work.
If we have not yet started work on your project, you may request a full refund of the deposit within 7 days of payment.
2. Completed Projects
Once a project has been delivered and the final payment collected, we do not offer refunds. We include revision rounds in every package to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations.
If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, we will work with you through the included revision rounds to address your concerns. If issues persist after all included revisions, we will discuss options in good faith.
3. Monthly Care Plans
Care plans (Starter Care, Growth Care, Scale Care) are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for partial months
- You will continue to receive services until the end of your paid period
4. Add-On Services
Add-on services (e.g., AI chatbot integration, SEO audit, branding) follow the same refund terms as project work. Once work has commenced on an add-on, the payment is non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@websirus.com with:
- Your name and email address used for the purchase
- The transaction or order reference
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
6. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error or wish to dispute a payment, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
